Paul Engeling has over 29 years experience as a foundation engineer. The first seventeen years of his experience was with Raymond Technical Facilities, Inc. and Raymond Saudi Arabia, Ltd., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Raymond International, Inc. Following the complete bankruptcy of Raymond International, Inc. in 1989, he started his current private professional practice. Paul’s experience in both company and private consulting has provided for a very broad base of experience which is difficult to obtain elsewhere. The experience with Raymond International and Raymond Saudi Arabia provided the practical hands-on experience of getting the job done. Much of this experience involved solving field problems which arose during pile driving and construction. It also included many soils exploration programs, pre-bid studies, load test programs, bulkhead designs, and pile foundation analyses and designs of all types. Working for Raymond offshore constructors, he conducted pile drivability studies for many large offshore platforms. |
